shipping all countries ... shipping charges unless the description says free shipping

some figures are refundable but most custom figures are not refundable unless something bad happens during shipping etc

refunds are accepting on some items..but buyer pays shipping back to us and must be in the same shape it was shipped for refund to be handed back need to send item back at buyers shipping cost refunds only for sale amount

i do the customs toys and figures at home and in my toy shop

custom figure or toy is something you make that unique and design..example a lego say you want a lego jedi but they dont make it in legos you can have one custom made
